Last Sunday we met Auntie Jodi at a Cherry Blossom Festival in Branch Brook Park in Newark. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather and exquisite peak blossoms. Our only mistake was not looking more carefully at where exactly in the park the festival was being held and not realizing that the park is over 4 miles long. After we walked for a little over an hour (no stroller!) Natalie started saying, “I’m hungry! You carry me, Mommy!” Chris was nice enough to walk back to the car so we could drive the rest of the way to the festivities.

I like the slideshow. Its a little pokey on my connection right now, but I like it a lot more than scrolling. I’ll keep that in mind for my own blog
